API and MCP server

Put Lanternfish inside your own tools through a REST API, or connect it through an MCP server.

Lanternfish should be where you work, not one more tab. Version 1.7 opens it up with a REST API and an MCP server.

The API exposes questions, deep research runs and scheduled briefs, and every response includes its receipts. The MCP server lets the tools you build ask Lanternfish and cite what it finds, using the same permissions as the person who connected it.
